Instructions:

Allow yellow onions to soak in vinegar and 1 tsp. of sea salt.

Prepare, then clean the fish with halved limes, outside and inside. Rinse them with fresh water.

Marinate the fish with a mixture of OJ, minced bell peppers, onions, cloves, hot pepper 2 tsp. of sea salt for an hour or longer.

Add fish and marinade to large fry pan. Allow to cook both sides over low heat for seven to eight minutes. After they have cooked, carefully remove them to serving pan.

In separate fry pan, sauté onion and shallots in hot olive oil for two to three minutes.

Pour sautéed onions and oil over the fish. Garnish with shallots and lime wedges and serve.
